These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern the relationship between:

and any individual placing an order on onabits.com (the Customer).
By using the Website or placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms.

1.1. Website – https://onabits.com/
1.2. Customer – an individual purchasing goods via the Website
1.3. Goods – beauty, nail and related products offered on the Website
1.4. Order – an application for purchase submitted by the Customer
1.5. Agreement – the distance contract established upon Order confirmation

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Company agrees to supply the Goods, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept them.
2.2. Product images on the Website are for informational purposes; colors and appearance may vary.
2.3. Information may change without prior notice.

3. Order Process
3.1. Orders are placed via the online shopping cart. Minimum order amount: €25.
3.2. The Customer must provide accurate personal data.
3.3. By placing an order, the Customer confirms acceptance of:

3.4. An order confirmation email will be sent after submission.

4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices include 21% VAT and exclude delivery costs.
4.2. Prices may change at any time.
4.3. Payment methods include:

internet banking
other options listed on the Website
4.4. If payment fails, the order is void.

5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is available within Latvia, EU and other regions (where applicable).
5.2. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.
5.3. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
5.4. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the Goods,
unless the Customer has chosen a carrier not offered by the Company.
5.5. The Customer must inspect the parcel upon receipt. Damages must be recorded with the courier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. The Customer may return Goods within 14 days under EU consumer law.
6.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason
within 14 days from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company of the decision
to withdraw from the contract by e-mail before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
6.3. Returns are accepted only if the Goods:
are unused;
are in original condition and packaging;
show no signs of wear.
6.4. Products which are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons
and were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned,
where applicable and in accordance with EU consumer law.
6.5. Return shipping is paid by the Customer.
6.6. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Liability
7.1. The Company is not liable for:
Website interruptions;
display differences caused by device settings;
courier delays;
damage caused by improper use of Goods.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by Customer misuse.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

8.2. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

10.2. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Latvia.
